Here we go.. again :)

Hey guys.. remember me? Well it’s taken me a few weeks to be able to get back in the swing of things, but I am totally motivated (as of right now) I’m not going to post a weight loss/gain because I just started for real last Monday and I won’t be weighing myself till Monday. I too gained like 6 pounds over the holidays and I can feel it!.. With being able to eat desserts and stuff I went way overboard.. I finally figured out my problem I can’t eat in moderation.. if there is like 5 brownies in front of me I will eat 4.. it sucks.. but since Monday I’ve been doing really great.. eating healthy and I have even gone to the gym everyday so far!.. I can totally notice a difference in how I feel and I like it SO much better.. I hope everyone is doing great!.. My new motto is “One day at a time!” When I look at it that way instead of how much weight I have to go I get overwhelmed and it never lasts!.. So everyone just remember.. One day at a time.. and if you slip up (which you will do sometime) just start fresh right after or even the next day.. Good Luck this week! -Kristi

Weigh-in #1??

Should we start over?

So over the holidays I gained a few cupcakes:( My cousin, my sister and I went off our no candy/dessert bet because it was too hard. I had too many neighbors bring me treats and I couldn't even try them, so we took a break. I have to admit it was kind of nice being able to eat some of that stuff again, but I did get sick of it pretty quickly! Well too my surprise those few pounds that I gained over the holidays came off pretty quick after we went back on our bet on January 1st. So I was very excited! Good Luck everyone!

A favor...

Hi everyone! Well I weighed in on Tuesday, and have gained 6.4 cupcakes over the holidays. Blah! But the good news is that I'm feeling good, and today is my third day back on plan. I'm excited to weigh in next week, and hoping my lbs just fall off again. Thanks for all the motivating posts! Resolutions...

I don't know about you but I'm having a hard time motivating myself to start being disciplined again. I know I need to or I will just add more weight to take off. I really don't want to have a fat summer again. In the winter we can hide behind our layers of clothing but in the summer it is a different story. So, right now this is my plan... My old tired treadmill broke and I have ordered a new one. I have been dying without one because I use it a lot (the only area I am disciplined in). So I am in waiting mode... My plan is to eat whatever I want, within reason, until my new treadmill is delivered and then I will have all the unhealthy eating (and all my cravings) out of my system and I WILL BE MOTIVATED TO BEGIN MY NEW HEALTHY EATING AND WORKING OUT PLAN. I love the Weight Watcher notebook Mindy made me and I'm going to use that to keep track of everything I eat and what I do for exercise. I'm going to do WW but I'm going to allow myself more points per day so I won't be so hungry for the first few weeks. I won't lose as fast but that's okay. If I start soon I will still have 5 months to lose weight before summer. My goal will be 10 lbs for now. Is anyone else with me??

It's time for a fresh start! I know I am a little late of January first, but it's been busy! Although I did weigh myself on January first. I am going to wipe out everyone's goals. So if you want to start back up with me, then leave a comment, or send an email, or go ahead and add your new goal (if you have the login info)! I am going to start with a smaller goal this time and hopefully add to it later! I will start with 10 cupcakes! I hope to see the rest of you on here and hopefully some new people!

So, What's the skinny?

Hi everyone! Well the end of the year is upon us, and I wanted to find out if we are going to continue in the new year? I don't know about you girls,but the last 4-5 weeks have been rough for me and I have fallen off the wagon. In fact, I think the wagon has run me over a couple of times! Anyway... my plan is to crawl out from underneath the wagon, and get going again in January. What about the rest of you? None of us have really been posting much lately, but I'm really hoping that we can all start again fresh in January and continue to be a support to each other. This battle of loosing weight is such a... well a battle. Haha! What makes it just a little more bearable is knowing that your not alone. What do you say girls? Are we going to renew our dedication, desire, and efforts in the new year? Let me know!
